Some cultures understand that, when we eat whole, natural foods, we take in the vibrational energy of the sun, the rain and the Earth. You can’t get better vibes than those!

  • nuts and seeds
  • whole grains, such as quinoa

Protein

Try to get much of your protein from plant sources and cut back on the meat you ingest.

When you do eat meat, get it from ethical sources, such as free-range chicken, pork, beef and wild-caught fish.
