Foods that make you psychic. We’ve all heard the expression, “You are what you eat,” but it may be truer than we think. In many cultures, food and the preparation of it, is sacred.
Some cultures understand that when we eat whole, natural foods, we take in the vibrational energy of the sun, the rain and the Earth. You can’t get better vibes than those!
If you want to develop your psychic abilities, it’s essential that you raise your vibration so that you can access the information that your Spirit Guides and Higher Self have for you. Eating certain foods can help a bit.
But honestly, raising your vibration is really the name of the game. Why? Because beings in Spirit exist at such a high energetic frequency, we must raise ours so that we can tune into what they have to share.
It’s like tuning the radio in your car. When I tune into my favorite satellite station, The Blend, I KNOW I’m going to hear the latest pop rock tunes. I would never tune into The Blend and hear country because the frequencies don’t match. In other words, we want to get our frequency a little higher so we can hear Spirit more easily. Make sense?
Ugh, but eating whole, organic foods is soooo expensive! Do I have to be rich to strengthen my psychic gifts?
Of course not! You could eat the best ding-dang diet on earth, but if you are in a negative mood most of the time, the food won’t really make a lick of difference (pun intended!) On the other hand, you can be a positive, uplifting person and eat Burger King for lunch and still be super intuitive.
Remember: Eating a psychic diet is just ONE itty bitty way to help strengthen your intuition. As I said at the beginning of the post, it’s really about raising your vibration and you can do that by doing pretty much anything that makes you happy – singing, painting, dancing… you get the idea :)

Whole, organic foods are the cream of the crop; the absolute best! These are like the A+ choice of foods that make you psychic. Here are some ideas:

- fresh fruits
- fresh veggies eaten raw or lightly steamed
- extra-virgin organic olive oil
- nuts and seeds
- whole grains, such as quinoa
Protein
Try to get much of your protein from plant sources and cut back on the meat that you ingest.
When you do eat meat, get it from ethical sources, such as free-range chicken, pork, beef and wild-caught fish.
By eating meat that comes from ethically-raised animals, the vibrations they supply will be higher than those of animals raised in crowded, fearful environments.
